<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a road surface cleaning device only when a steering truck passes through a curved section in process of ground oiling. <P>SOLUTION: A steering truck 11 includes a wheel set 2 of the truck which can be steered. A road surface cleaning device includes: a cleaner 12a mounted so as to move close to or away from a road surface 2aa; a pressing spring 12c for biasing the cleaner 12a toward a wheel tread; and a stopper 12d which restricts the approach of the cleaner 12a to the wheel tread so that the tread 2aa of the wheel 2a is brought into contact with only on the approaching inner track side by the longitudinal operation in the vehicle advancing direction of the wheel set 2 by the steering operation when the truck passes through a curved section, and the tread 2aa of the wheel 2a is not brought into contact with the outer track side when the truck passes through the curved section, or when the truck travels on the straight section. The road surface cleaning device is provided at the position facing the tread 2aa of the wheel 2a of a truck frame 1 of the steering truck 11. Only the cleaner on the inner track side with the wheel tread approaching when the truck passes a curved section is brought into contact with the wheel, and abrasion of the cleaner can be controlled thereby. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
