<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery assembling device capable of pressing arranged plural work pieces with an appropriate force so that work pieces can be held accurately by battery holding means (holding jig). <P>SOLUTION: A battery assembling device 40 comprises a holding jig 52 for holding a battery 20 supplied from a battery supply part 53, and assembles the battery 20 with a frame body 30. The battery supply part 53 has a conveyance path 81 which arranges plural work pieces 20 (batteries 20) in a horizontal direction; a pressing force member 82 which presses a work piece 20A on one end side among plural work pieces 20 arranged on the conveyance path 81 to supply a work piece 20H on the other end side to the holding jig 52 in a horizontal direction; weights 83A to 83H with prescribed weight which drop due to gravitation; and a rope 84 which transmits gravitation that acts on the weights 83A to 83H to a pressing force member 82. Each of the weights 83A to 83H is provided with a prescribed distance Y1 therebetween in a vertical direction and arranged by being grounded sequentially from a lower side along with dropping so that a force that acts on the pressing force member 82 can be sequentially decreased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
