摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for analyzing an arsenic concentration in coal ash capable of easily and quickly performing an analysis by a simple operation and providing a favorable correlation with the official method. <P>SOLUTION: The simple analysis method for the arsenic concentration in coal ash includes first creating a calibration curve between arsenic concentrations obtained by a fluorescent X-ray method in which X ray is applied to the coal ash and the intensity of the fluorescent X-ray generated from the coal ashe is measured, and the arsenic concentration obtained by the official method (EPA Method 3051) provided by United States Environmental Protection Agency. Then, the arsenic concentration in the coal ash as an analysis object is analyzed by the fluorescent X-ray method. The arsenic concentration in the coal ash obtained by the official method can be inferred from the analytical value of the arsenic concentration obtained by the fluorescent X-ray method, on the basis of the calibration curve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
