<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus controller capable of reducing a burden on a user by simple control of an apparatus to be controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The image feature amount of an apparatus to be controlled 100 is recognized from an obtained image, and similarity between the image feature amount of the apparatus to be controlled 100 and that of a registered apparatus.
