摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control charging and discharging of a power storage device suppressing battery deterioration. <P>SOLUTION: A control apparatus for a power storage device, which is mounted on a hybrid vehicle, includes: a detection part which detects a deteriorated state based on an increase in resistance of the power storage device; and a controller 10 which performs charge and discharge control of the power storage device. The controller 10 sets a target SOC based on a reduction rate in which the increased resistance is reduced in accordance with passage of time and relation data in which relation with the SOC of the power storage device is set in advance and then performs the charge and discharge control to have the target SOC set by monitoring the SOC of the power storage device. The controller 10 also changes the target SOC based on the relation data in accordance with the deteriorated state in which the increased resistance detected by the detection part changes accompanying the reduction thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
