<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bread prepared with medicinal herbs in which a food material with medicinal herbs favorably influences appetite of a person who eats. <P>SOLUTION: In the bread 1 with medicinal herbs, at least one or more type of a block-like food material 3 prepared with medicinal herbs derived from a plant having a predetermined length or cut to the length is dispersed in baked bread dough 2, and further, one or more type of a powdery food material prepared with medicinal herbs derived from a plant crushed to less than a predetermined diameter is mixed with the bread dough.
