The opposite surfaces between the drive cam (5) and the eccentric wheel (4) are provided with a resistance moment structure for transmitting moment, and the driving torque acting on the drive cam (5) is transmitted to the eccentric wheel (4) via the resistance moment structure to drive the synchronous rotation of the eccentric wheel (4), thereby transmitting the moment to the gear drive mechanism.
