Disclosed are a seat angle regulator (100) and a seat. The seat angle regulator comprises an inner toothed plate (2) with an inner toothed ring (21), an outer toothed plate (3) with an outer toothed ring (31), a wedge block (6), an eccentric wheel (4), and a drive component, wherein the inner toothed plate (2) is engaged with the gears of the outer toothed plate (3), a shaft shoulder (22) is formed in the middle of the inner toothed plate (2), and the eccentric wheel (4) is sheathed on the outer circumferential face of the shaft shoulder (22). The drive component comprises a drive cam (5) and a rotating shaft (52), with one end of the rotating shaft (52) fixedly connected with the middle of the drive cam (5) and the other end penetrating through the eccentric wheel (4) and the shaft shoulder (22) in succession and fixed on the outer end face of the inner toothed plate (2) axially via a locating connector. The opposite surfaces between the drive cam (5) and the eccentric wheel (4) are provided with a resistance moment structure for transmitting moment, and the driving torque acting on the drive cam (5) is transmitted to the eccentric wheel (4) via the resistance moment structure to drive the synchronous rotation of the eccentric wheel (4), thereby transmitting the moment to the gear drive mechanism. The present invention can solve the problems of response time delay of a backrest in a backrest reversing process and noise occurring when the angle regulator reverses. |
