A personal care composition is provided with a silicone compound and being aesthetically modified for improved skinfeel with a polyhydroxy quaternary ammonium salt of structure (I): wherein X- is selected from the group consisting of chloride, bromide, hydroxyl, sulphate, phosphate, methosulphate, carboxyl, citrate and tartrate; and from 0.05 to 50% of silicone by weight of the composition. |
