A spread container (2) comprising: a housing (4) having a space (5) that is configured to contain a spreadable material (16), an opening (14) provided in the housing (4), which opening (14) is adapted to allow for dispensing the spreadable material (16), means for covering the opening (14) of the hosing (4) and a knife member (7) configured to spread the spreadable material (16). The knife member (7) is a separate member that is attached to the housing (4), the knife member (7) covers at least the main part of the opening (14) and the front side (6) knife member (7) is, at least partly, covered by a foil member (12). |
