BASE-STATION RESOURCE SHARING SYSTEM AND METHOD

Provided are a base-station resource sharing system and method. The system includes: a base station controller, and a cloud base station. The cloud base station consists of a plurality of base stations and places the resources of each base station into the same resource pool. The base station controller is used for controlling the cloud base station and managing the radio resources of an access network. Also provided is a base station resource sharing method. By way of dynamically allocating resources in the manner of resource poor sharing, the base station resource sharing system and method provided in the present invention can reduce network congestion, improve the utilization rate of the base station resources, improve the user capacity of the base station, and can dynamically adjust and allocate radio network resources according to the service demand and effectively deal with the tidal effect.
