<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring cover device that improves handleability of a wiring cover and that can effectively meet the need of diversification of layout particularly on demand recently. <P>SOLUTION: In the wiring cover device, a wiring cover 5b can be attachably/detachably mounted in the wiring hole 31 of a top board. The wiring cover 5b comprises: a first lid 51 supported by the wiring hole 31; and a second lid 52 rotatably supported on the first lid 51. In the first lid 51, near the edge on one end side and near the edge on the other end side, the edges orthogonal to these edges are each arranged in the opening of the wiring hole 31 through a bearing part comprising an engaging structure of the shaft 31a and the bearing. The first lid is configured to have a double opening which, by releasing the engagement of the shaft 31a and the bearing of the bearing part close to the edge either on one end side or the other end side, is rotatable in both directions standing on the one end side and on the other end side.
