<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating type component supply device capable of conveying and supplying sequentially components while aligning the components sequentially into a prescribed posture, and capable of giving convenience when storing and keeping the components by a plurality of pieces. <P>SOLUTION: Each component 5 is conveyed sequentially up to a component takeout part 8A formed at a discharge end of a chute 8 of a rectilinear feeder 3 via a bowl feeder 2 by the driving of an oscillation driving source in an oscillating body, and the component 5 dropped down from the component takeout part 8A is inserter thereafter by an insertion pin 25 into an insertion hole 5E formed at a rear wall 5C thereof to be recovered. A controller 15 conducts control to stop the driving of the oscillation driving source when a counter 29 counts ten of the components 5 every time a fixed-number detecting sensor 27 detects the components passing through the component takeout part 8A to operate a fixed-number shut-off cylinder 17 to block, by extending a rod thereof, the movement of the component 5 to the rectilinear feeder 3, and further to rotate a turntable 24 by 90° by driving a drive motor 19 of a recovery device 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
