WELD TRANSFORMER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs of a weld transformer by reducing cutting man day and the number of lamination layers of electromagnetic steel plates and shortening assembly work time of a laminated iron core.

SOLUTION: A laminated iron core 2 of a weld transformer 1 has: a plurality of intermediate laminates; and a plurality of holding laminates. The width directions of the intermediate laminates 21 and the holding laminates 22 are aligned in the same direction. The plurality of intermediate laminates 21 are arranged at intervals and by aligning the length directions of the intermediate laminates 21. A coil 3 is annularly wound around the intermediate laminates 21. The plurality of holding laminates 22 hold the plurality of intermediate laminates 21 from both sides of the length directions of the intermediate laminates 21. The intermediate laminates 21 and the holding laminates 22 are held by a pair of assembly flanges from both sides of the width directions of the intermediate laminates 21 and the holding laminates 22.
