<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive workpiece transfer device allowing simple setting adjustment capable of sucking and transferring sequentially workpieces in a stacked state varying in height. <P>SOLUTION: The workpiece transfer device 10 dropping the workpieces 12 to be laid includes an adsorption head descending abutting stop mechanism 18, and an adsorption head descending adjacent part stop mechanism 19, the abutting stop mechanism includes a shock absorber 20, a support plate 21, and a transmission type sensor, and comprises a mechanism for stopping electrification to a solenoid of a solenoid valve 23 of an air cylinder 16 based on a signal detected by the sensor, the adjacent part stop mechanism includes a rising end switch 24 and a descending end switch 25, in the air cylinder, and comprises a mechanism for releasing the stop by the electrification and the adsorption at the same time, the rising end switch 24 is started during an operation of the abutting stop mechanism to stop the descending end switch 25, and the electrification for the rising end and descending end switches 24, 25 is started during an operation of the adjacent part stop mechanism to absorb the workpiece 12, and to be laid at a movable prescribed position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
