<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device that can reduce a secular deterioration (shelf deterioration) of a storage battery. <P>SOLUTION: A power storage device 20 includes a storage battery 22 and a control section 23 for performing charge control of the storage battery 22. When the storage battery 22 is required to be charged with a first predetermined amount in a first constant period, the control section 23 controls charging at a first rate satisfying the following expression (1) and delays a start timing of charging beyond a start timing of the first constant period. v1>c1/t1 ...
