<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery system, a delivery method and a program capable of efficiently protecting personal information. <P>SOLUTION: In a management server 20, a control part acquires a delivery destination of a commodity ordered by a user in a reception terminal 10-k, generates a two-dimensional code associated with the acquired delivery destination (step S41), and transmits the generated two-dimensional code to a store server 40-j (step S42).
