ANTILOCK INNER CONE DRILL CHUCK

An antilock inner cone drill chuck provided with a connector body (1) matingly connected to a driving machine. The rear end of the connector body (1) is provided with a connecting hole (11) for use in connecting to the driving machine. The front end of the connector body (1) is a conical head and is provided with an external thread (16) on the conical head. The drill chuck is also provided with a drill body (2) that is capable of rotating relative to the connector body (1). The drill body (2) is sleeved over the connector body (1). The drill body (2) is provided therein with a jaw hole (23) provided around the axis of the connecting hole (11). A jaw (4) of the drill chuck passes through the jaw hole (23) and is threadedly connected to the external thread (16), where the thread of the thread connection is a left-handed thread. The connector body (1) is provided at the front end thereof towards the rear with a front hole section (12) that is coaxial with the connecting hole (11). The front hole section (12) penetrates or runs through the section of the connecting body where the external thread (16) is. The connector body (1) is provided from the front end thereof rearwards with a groove (13) running through the hole wall of the front hole section (12). The depth of the groove (13) reaches the middle of the external thread (16) or runs rearwards through the external thread (16). When the force of the drill chuck clamping a drill increases, a slight distending deformation is created on the hole wall of the region where the external thread (16) of the connector body (1) is by the groove (13) of the front hole section (12) of the connector body. This reduces contact surface, and reduces friction, thus allowing for antilock, and for facilitating the drill chuck in releasing the drill.
