<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of appropriately handling a situation in which power supply is not stable, and an image processing device included in the system. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing system 200 comprises a server computer 180 and a plurality of image processing devices 100-104 communicable with the server computer. The server computer 180 including a function to cause the plurality of image processing devices 100-104 to share and execute one job causes all of the plurality of image processing devices 100-104 to share and execute the one job when a power supply status is stable, and excludes at least one image processing device among the plurality of image processing devices 100-104 and causes the remaining image processing devices to share and execute the one job when the power supply status is not stable.
