<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional heat exchange type ventilation device, wherein the balance between a supply airflow and an exhaust airflow is disrupted when a duct piping length between a supply airflow path and an exhaust airflow path is different. <P>SOLUTION: The device internally includes a supply air blow path 6 for blowing an outside air into a room by a supply fan 8, and an exhaust air blow path 7 for blowing an indoor air to the outside by an exhaust fan 9. The supply fan 8 and the exhaust fan 9 are attached to a rotating shaft of one electric motor 10. A heat exchange element 11 is disposed in a position where the supply air blow path 6 intersects with the exhaust air blow path 7. Opening adjustment units (supply side opening adjustment unit 12 and exhaust side opening adjustment unit 13) are attached to the supply air blow path 6 and the exhaust air blow path 7, respectively.
