<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery electrode featuring high electrode density and improved input/output characteristic, as well as a nonaqueous electrolyte battery equipped with the electrode and a battery pack. <P>SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a battery electrode including an active material layer and a current collector is provided. The active material layer contains particles of monoclinic system β type titanium composite oxide and particles of Spinel structure lithium titanate. When the frequency distribution in grain size of the particles included in the active material layer is measured by a laser diffraction scattering method, a first peak P1 appears in a range of 0.3 μm to 3 μm, both ends inclusive, and a second peak P2 appears in a range of 5 μm to 20 μm, both ends inclusive. A ratio F<SB POS="POST">P1</SB>/F<SB POS="POST">P2</SB>of the frequency F<SB POS="POST">P1</SB>of the first peak P1 to the frequency F<SB POS="POST">P2</SB>of the second peak P2 is 0.4 to 2.3, both ends inclusive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
