<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new natural leather on which a coated layer having features of leathers such as flexibility and toughness is provided, wherein because asperity caused by a blemish has existed on the surface of the natural leather before a process for producing the leather, the blemish on a surface of the natural leather is hidden to: reduce an effect due to the asperity caused by the blemish of the natural leather to the minimum; and enhance an effective area fraction of the natural leather. <P>SOLUTION: A method includes: fixing a skin layer on a surface of a natural leather by a composition containing an aqueous polyurethane dispersion, a foaming agent and a pigment through an adhesive layer having a film thickness of 30 to 36 μm, wherein the skin layer is a foaming layer for hiding asperity caused by a blemish of the natural leather and has a film thickness of 28 to 61 μm; or forming a pre-skin layer by a transfer paper, wherein the pre-skin layer is a layer having a film thickness of 34 to 41 μm and is used for imparting durability and carrying out color adjustment; and subjecting the surface of the pre-skin layer to spray atomization to form a top-coat layer having a thickness of 10 to 18 μm. In the natural leather for vehicle seat, a thickness of the whole coated film is 102 to 156 μm, and an effective area fraction at production is 59 to 66%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
