<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely, accurately and automatically detect blinking noise included in a moving image. <P>SOLUTION: A noise detection device includes: an acquiring section for acquiring information on a moving image becoming an object of a processing; a dividing section for dividing a plurality of images constituting the moving image into a plurality of regions; a calculating section for calculating a feature amount on blinking noise being a detection object for each region; a state determining section for determining whether a change of the feature amount of the region increases or decreases on the basis of a difference between the feature amount in the present image and the feature amount in a previous image by one among the plurality of images; a feature amount change calculating section for calculating the change amount of the feature amount on the basis of a state determined by the state determining section; a region noise determining section for determining whether region noise is included in an arbitrary region of the moving image on the basis of the change amount of the feature amount when the state determined by the state determining section changes to the other arbitrary state via an increase state to a decrease state; and a noise determining section for determining whether the blinking noise is included in the moving image on the basis of a determination result of the region noise determining section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
