<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide an image equivalent to that photographed at a view point which an appreciator desires. <P>SOLUTION: A picked-up image acquisition section 62 acquires data on a plurality of picked-up images imaged by a plurality of cameras 11 imaging prescribed space where an object OB may move from respective positions. A position information acquisition section 63 acquires a position of the object OB moving in the prescribed space. A view point conversion image processing section 74 processes view point conversion on data of the picked-up image acquired by the picked-up image acquisition section 62 on the basis of the acquired position to generate data of the image in which a virtual view point arranged in the object OB watches a prescribed viewing direction as data of a view point conversion image.
