<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for facilitating a stereoscopic vision, for examples, according to a viewing posture of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A display device includes: a display portion; a reading portion; a stereoscopic image generating portion; a posture information obtaining portion; and a display control portion. The display portion displays an image. The reading portion stores first posture information for generating a first stereoscopic image for a stereoscopic vision at a first posture, and second posture information for generating a second stereoscopic image for a stereoscopic vision at a second posture in association with each other, and reads a plurality of images which become the origins of the first stereoscopic image and the second stereoscopic image. The stereoscopic image generating portion generates the first stereoscopic image and the second stereoscopic image from the plurality of images on the basis of the first posture information and the second posture information, respectively. The posture information obtaining portion obtains the posture information indicating a present posture. The display control portion discriminates whether the present posture is the first posture or the second posture on the basis of the posture information, and switchably displays either one of the first stereoscopic image or the second stereoscopic image in the display portion, according to the discrimination result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
