<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring water content on fine aggregate surface capable of precisely measuring the water content on the fine aggregate surface. <P>SOLUTION: In the measuring method: a sample of fine aggregate is heated to dry under predetermined conditions in which the surface water content of the fine aggregate is adjusted to a predetermined value; changes in the mass in a dry process of the fine aggregate is measured; and a calibration including a dry water content measurement step, a water drying speed calculation step and a dried surface water dry speed calculation step is carried out. Based on changes over time in dry speed obtained from a sample of fine aggregate which is heated to dry under the identical conditions to those of the calibration by performing the identical dry water content measurement step and the water drying speed calculation step on the sample, a point when the drying speed coincides with the drying speed under the surface dry condition calculated by the calibration is obtained. A measured value of the water content of the sample at that point is determined as an estimation value of the surface water content of the sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
