<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a radio setting work in an authorized wireless LAN user, and to prevent an unauthorized wireless LAN user from a free use of radio. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless router 2 forms a setting radio network 9b and a data radio network 9c as a radio network accepting connection from mobile terminals 3. The wireless router 2 transmits a communication profile 24 for use for connection to the data radio network 9c to a mobile terminal 3 to which connection in the setting radio network 9b is permitted.
