<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device and a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device which have a light reflection preventing structure to incident light, and enable high-speed driving, and to provide electronic equipment provided with the liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device 100 includes an element substrate 10 as a first substrate, a counter substrate 20 as a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer 50 sandwiched between the element substrate 10 and the counter substrate 20. The element substrate 10 includes a pixel electrode 15 provided on the liquid crystal layer 50 side, the counter substrate 20 includes a translucent multilayer film 23 in which a first translucent film 23a, a second translucent film 23b having a refractive index smaller than that of the first translucent film 23a, and a third translucent film 23c which has a refractive index larger than that of the second translucent film 23b and has conductivity, are sequentially stacked on the side facing the liquid crystal layer 50, and the second translucent film 23b is a porous film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
