<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of a control unit configured to prevent vibration generated from the control unit from being transmitted to a vehicle compartment. <P>SOLUTION: The support structure of the control unit includes a unit support member 7 for supporting the control unit 6 to a vehicle body 2, the control unit being mounted on a hybrid vehicle 1 and generating vibration. The vehicle body 2 includes a side apron 21 arranged along the vertical direction, and a side member 22 arranged along a longitudinal direction. The unit support member 7 includes: a tray 72 on which the control unit 6 is placed; a side apron connection part 73 connecting to the side apron 21; and a side member connection part 74 connecting to the side member 22. The side apron connection part 73 is coupled with the side apron 21 by a high rigidity coupling means 8 for high-rigidity coupling.
