<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate capable of obtaining favorable processibility and voltage resistance of a prepreg-cured resin layer, and further capable of preventing warping of the laminate. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate comprises a metal layer and a resin layer laminated on the surface of the metal layer. The resin layer is formed by using a prepreg 1 in which a thermosetting composition 2 is impregnated into a substrate 10. The substrate 10 which is not a woven cloth has a plurality of the first resin threads 11 extending to a first direction, and a plurality of the second rein threads 12 extending to a second direction crossing the first direction. The first and second threads 11 and 12 are laminated and are integrated at an intersecting point.
