<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning facility and a vehicle capable of improving dwelling performance, by uniformizing air-conditioning of the vehicle inside. <P>SOLUTION: This air-conditioning facility 3 for a vehicle 1A performs the air-conditioning inside of a vehicle body 2, and includes air conditioners 11a and 11b for blowing air-conditioning air F, flow passages FCA extended along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 2 from the air conditioners 11a and 11b, guiding the air-conditioning air F and formed so that the cross-sectoinal area becomes small toward the downstream side from the upstream side of the air-conditioning air F, and supply ports 14 for supplying the air-conditioning air F flowing in the flow passage FCA to the inside of the vehicle body 2 toward the width direction of the vehicle body 2.
