The present invention relates to a wireless communication control method in a body area network (BAN), and relates to a wireless communication control method in a BAN in which a selective discovery method is applied. Disclosed is a wireless communication control method in a BAN comprising the steps of: transmitting a discovery request frame including a selection criterion profile; and receiving a discovery response frame from a host which provides at least one of services specified by the selection criterion profile.
