<p>The invention relates to a stand for testing the ball screws, the dynamic and the thermal behaviour evaluation of the helical couplings using ball screws which are frequently used in the mechanic structures in the production systems. According to the invention, the stand includes a module (2) for driving into rotation motion of the screw which is to be tested, comprising an electric motor and a transmission through a toothed belt, a frame (1) whereon there is mounted a first support module (3) for the fixed bearing for supporting a screw end, a support module (5) for the two pre-tensioned nuts integral with the mobile element (4) of the table-type which moves on some guides with intermediary elements, and a second support module (6) of the screw mobile bearing, displaceable depending on the length of the screw, each of the mentioned bearing support modules having a module-like construction which allows the mounting of some screws with various diameters ranging between 63...100 mm, and some ball nuts, respectively, with corresponding diameters, and the table-type mobile element (4) comprises a hydraulic system for the nuts pre-tensioning, the screw axial loading and the pre-tensioning thereof.</p> |
