<p>The invention relates to a device for drying in tunnel-type fluidized bed with material conveyance by vibration, intended to be used for drying organic and inorganic materials of small and medium size, such as wood dust, wood chips, minced vegetable waste, fruit and vegetables of small size or minced, rock and ore powders and the like. According to the invention, the device consists of a vibrating table (1) fixed on four leaf springs (2), driven into vibration motion by an electric motor (3) driving an eccentric shaft (4) , where the vibrating table (1) is placed inside a thermal insulation enclosure (5) wherein there is mounted the air filter (6), a cap (7) enabling access to the filter (6) being mounted on the enclosure (5) together with a hot air discharge flue (8), the vibrating table (1) comprising a lower stage (9) wherethrough hot air is blown and an upper stage with the wet material to be dried, the two stages communicating to each other by some orifices cut in the lower part of the vibrating table (1) protected against clogging by some U-shaped profiles (10) and by the openings (11) in connection with the lower stage by means of the lateral chambers (12), the wet material being fed to the tank (13) and passing on a meandering path confined by some baffle plates (15) up to the discharge hole (14), the air flows blown from the sides being adjusted by the slide valves (16) and the flow of wet material by the vane valve (17) and the openings of the baffle plates (15).</p> |
