<p>The invention relates to a method for dosing gallic acid and gallotannins. According to the invention, the method consists in subjecting the oak bark extract and plant-based starting materials with gallic acid and gallotannins content to acid hydrolysis with sodium hydroxide, in the presence of rhodamine reagent, for 4 h, in a stainless steel micro autoclave which allows the reaction to take place at a temperature of 120°C.</p> |
