The present invention relates to a device for performing a biological or chemical transformation, or physical or chemical trapping in a fluidic media comprising a flow distributor having at least one central fluid medium inlet 51, a plurality of peripherally located fluid medium outlets 53, and at least one confinement wherein said transformation or trapping is performed, said at least one confinement being located in such a way that a fluid medium flows through said at least one confinement before it diverges to the fluid outlets 53, said flow distributor being puck-shaped, circular in cross-section and adapted for housing one or more solid reaction member(s) allowing at least one agent distributed with the flow to undergo a biological or chemical transformation in the confinement(s); and a means for rotating the flow distributor. |
