<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cut-out sintered ceramic sheet by which a sintered ceramic sheet is rapidly processed to a complex shape, and a cut-out sintered ceramic sheet made in accordance with the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a cut-out sintered ceramic sheet includes: a first step of forming a ceramic green sheet; a second step of firing the formed ceramic green sheet; a third step of adhering a flexible resin film onto which adhesive is applied on at least one surface of the sintered ceramic sheet to obtain a film-adhered ceramic sheet; and a fourth step of shearing the film-adhered ceramic sheet, wherein the fourth step includes performing a shearing operation between edges on the contact surfaces of upper and lower dies, while directly or indirectly pressing the film-adhered ceramic sheet to the contact surfaces of the upper and lower dies by a first or second pressing means.
