摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery monitoring device which allows control means to acquire monitoring results from multiple monitoring means even in the event of a breakage of a signal line through which the monitoring results from each monitoring means are transferred to the control means side. <P>SOLUTION: Monitoring circuits 21 are connected in series via first signal lines 214 which enable the monitoring circuits to transfer control signals and output signals to each other, and out of the monitoring circuits 21, a high voltage monitoring circuit, corresponding to a battery module M3 on the highest voltage side among a plurality of battery modules M1 to M3, and a low voltage monitoring circuit, corresponding to the battery module M1 on the lowest voltage side, are connected via a second signal line 215. When a breakage of the first signal lines 214 occurs and prevents a microcomputer 22 from acquiring monitoring results from the monitoring circuits 21, the microcomputer 22 acquires an output signal from each monitoring circuit 21 via the second signal line 215. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
