<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure junction between a top plate and top portions of a wave of a fin to improve cooling performance. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of protrusion bent pieces 36 protruding outward (to an upper side) and having tip ends bent inward (to a lower side) are formed in top portions 32 of a wave of a corrugated fin 30. When a cooling device is constituted by holding the corrugated fin 30 by a bottom plate and a top plate, bent portions of the protrusion bent pieces 36 are abutted on the top plate, allowing junction between the top plate and the top portions 32 of the wave of the corrugated fin 30 to be more securely performed by using the bent portions as starting points of brazing between the top plate and the top portions 32 of the wave. Further, when the bent portions are abutted on the top plate, the protrusion bent pieces 36 are pressed and deformed so that the tip ends are further directed inward (to the lower side), to disturb a flow of a cooling medium, allowing heat dissipation of the cooling medium to be preferable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
