<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work for folding a discharge part of a flexible container. <P>SOLUTION: A device for folding the discharge part of the flexible container is provided. The lower part of the flexible container 1 with its axis 2 as longitude is a cylindrical discharge part 5, and a plate-shaped discharge part 5 is formed in such a manner that when a direction orthogonal to a certain direction Fr is defined as a right-and-left direction in plan view, each of the right and left side parts of the cylindrical discharge part 5 are put on each other. The device can fold the plate-shaped discharge part 5 in zigzag. The device includes groups of left pressing bodies 18 and right pressing bodies 19 which are arranged to hold the plate-shaped discharge part 5 from the right and left sides, and also arranged at a predetermined interval in the direction Fr. The left pressing bodies 18 and the right pressing bodies 19 are arranged alternately in the direction Fr, and the groups of left pressing bodies 18 and right pressing bodies 19 are allowed to mesh with each other by relative displacement right and left.
