GATE-DRIVING CIRCUIT FOR DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY SCREEN

Disclosed are a gate-driving circuit for a display panel and a display screen for more convenient addressing of gate signals, which avoids the complexity of utilising a decoding circuit, occupies less circuit area, saves costs and provides better addressing rate. The gate-driving circuit for a display panel is used to drive the gate lines of the display panel. The gate-driving circuit for a display panel comprises a displacement register including at least two stages of displacement register units and a plurality of gate-enabling units, wherein a gate signal output end of each of the displacement register units is connected to an input end of the gate-enabling unit; an output end of the gate-enabling unit is connected to a gate line; the gate-enabling unit further comprises an input end for an enabling signal; the gate-enabling unit receives the enabling signal through the input end for an enabling signal, and controls whether or not a gate signal outputted by the gate signal output end of the displacement register unit should be transmitted to the gate line.
