<p>A method and system for full text search (FTS) using a navigation system is disclosed. The FTS system generates interwoven data tokens for documents that are stored in a database. An interwoven data token is combination of two or more data tokens and is formed by interweaving characters of one data token with characters of another data token. The FTS system may generate and store interwoven data tokens in a full text search index for each document stored in a database. The FTS system may receive two or more search terms inputted by a user and generate one or more interwoven data tokens based on the inputted search terms. The FTS system may then use the generated interwoven data token to query the full text search index.</p> |
