The invention relates to a multi-link axle of a motor vehicle for connecting a wheel carrier to a motor vehicle body, comprising control arms (15, 16) arranged in a first control arm plane (14) and a trapezoidal control arm (20) positioned in a second control arm plane (19), wherein each control arm (15, 16) of the first control arm plane (20) is articulated on the wheel carrier at an end of the side of the wheel carrier via a first articulation point (17) and is articulated on the vehicle body at an end of the side of the vehicle body via a second articulation point (18).
