PURPOSE: An integrated document providing system and a method thereof are provided to rapidly offer documents and a floor plan to a cooperative company by effectively managing the documents and the floor plan. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal(110) includes a security viewer for executing an encrypted document file, and business servers(140) store and manage the document files in each business department. A conversion server(130) requests the document file by connecting to the business server storing the document file requested from the client terminal. The conversion server provides the document file to the client terminal by converting the document file into a file type which is able to be executed in the client terminal. The conversion server generates a document list by collecting the document files corresponding to search conditions from the business servers.
