PURPOSE: A file sharing method using a virtual room and a device therefor are provided to connect files to the virtual room, thereby holding a meeting or a presentation by sharing a specific file. CONSTITUTION: A manager for a virtual room with identification information, authentication information for authenticating the manager, and connection files, which are set by the manager, are set(S630). An authentication process for a user who enters the virtual room is performed(S650). When the user is authenticated as a manager, access right for connection files, which are set to the manager, is provided(S660).
