PURPOSE: A data processing method for a clinical decision support system and a method thereof are provided to rapidly update rule databases by applying a comparison algorism and by estimating various type natural languages. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(101) receives input data including a natural language type, and a rule database(103) stores a natural language type storage data and is updated based on the input data. A parser(102) obtains a storage rule included in the storage data and an input rule included in the input data by estimating the storage data and the input data. An algorithm calculation unit(104) updates storage data stored in the rule database by storing the storage rule and the input rule according to a self-evolution rule based algorithm.
