The present invention prevents collection loss while enjoying the benefits of a solar cell having a busbarless structure. The present invention is provided with: a plurality of solar cells (2) provided with a plurality of finger electrodes (12) across the entire surface and a rear surface electrode (13) formed on the rear surface; a tab wire (3) that electrically connects adjacent solar cells (2) by being adhered across the plural finger electrodes (12) and the rear surface electrode (13); and an adhesion layer (17) that is interposed between the solar cells (2) and the tab wire (3) and that adheres the tab wire (3) to the finger electrodes (12) and the rear surface electrode (13) by means of being thermally compressed from above the tab wire (3). In the solar cells (2), across a non-thermal-compression region (2c) at which the tab wire (3) has not been thermally compressed during the adhesion process of the tab wire (3) and a thermal compression region (2b) at which the tab wire (3) has been thermally compressed in the adhesion process, a collector electrode (30) is formed so as to intersect the finger electrodes (12) formed at the non-thermal-compression region (2c).
