PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for sticking a polarizer film are provided to accurately control the tilt angle of a stage by tilting a polarizer film stage in a cam method without using actuators. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus of sticking a polarizing film(100) includes a central frame(110), an attachment module, and a cam(142). The attachment module includes a stage(131), a tilting unit, and a cam follower(139). The stage transfers a polarizing film. The tilting unit leans the stage. The cam follower is located in one side of the tilting unit. The attachment module is connected to the central frame. The cam is connected to the cam follower and rolls and moves the cam follower.
