PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to directly diffuse I group elements to a light absorption layer by supplying the light absorption layer including chalcogenide with the I group elements. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is formed on a support substrate(100). A light absorption layer(300) is formed on the rear electrode layer and includes chalcogenide(400) with I group elements. A buffer layer(500) is formed on the light absorption layer. A front electrode layer(700) is formed on the buffer layer. |
