摘要 PURPOSE: A TRO(Total Residual Oxidant) measuring device for measuring an oxidizing agent remained in ballaster water is provided to stably measure the concentration of the oxidizing agent of the ballaster water by including a flow cell, a strainer, a flow sensor, and a cleaning unit. CONSTITUTION: A TRO measuring device for measuring an oxidizing agent remained in ballaster water comprises a flow cell(110), an electro-chemical sensor(120), inlet and outlet pipes, a strainer(130), a flow sensor(140), and a control unit(150). A predetermined amount of collected water flows into the flow cell. The electro-chemical sensor is arranged inside the flow cell and converts the concentration of oxidizing materials according to a generation amount of an electron generated in between electrodes. The inlet and outlet pipes are connected to the flow cell. The strainer is arranged in one side of the inlet pipe and filters foreign materials existed in the collected water. The flow sensor is arranged between the strainer and the electro-chemical sensor in the inlet pipe and measures a flow rate of the collected water. The control unit corrects a TRO measurement values according to controlling the electro-chemical sensor and the flow sensor and the flow rate.
