PURPOSE: A steering column tilt device for a vehicle is provided to improve marketability by preventing noise, malfunction, and damage due to movement of a tilt lever. CONSTITUTION: A steering column tilt device(100) for a vehicle comprises a mounting bracket(110), a support plate(120), a locking rod(130), a cam member, a tilt lever(150), and a fixing unit(160). The fixing unit comprises an extension unit(161), a fixing hole(163), and a hanging protrusion. The fixing unit is comprised in the cam member and the tilt lever and fixes the tilt lever when a fixing state of a moving unit is released by rotation of the tilt lever. The extension unit is integrally extended from one side of an outer circumference of the cam member and includes the fixing hole in an end. The hanging protrusion corresponds to the fixing hole and is formed on one end of the tilt lever.
